Who we are. Racing Women Limited (Company No. 16394597), 75 North Road, Kirkburton, Huddersfield, England, HD8 0QE, is the controller of the personal data collected through this site. Contact: investors@racingw.com.

What we collect. Your name and email address (supplied by us when we invite you); the date and time of each login and the IP address and browser used; the pages you view and the documents you open or download; the investor statement you complete, including the option chosen, the figures or company details you enter, your typed name and the time of submission; and anything you send us through the register-interest or subscription forms.

Why we collect it and our lawful basis. To operate a private, invitation-only site and keep it secure; to comply with our obligations under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Financial Promotion) Order 2005, which require us to hold your signed investor statement and to reasonably believe that you meet its criteria; to be able to demonstrate who has received which version of our materials; and to respond to your enquiries. We rely on our legitimate interests in running a lawful fundraising and protecting confidential information, and on compliance with our legal obligations in relation to the investor statement.

Who we share it with. Our directors and the administrators of this site; our professional advisers (solicitors, accountants) where needed for the fundraising; our hosting provider, Cloudflare, which stores the site and its data on our behalf; and HMRC or other authorities where we are required to by law. We do not sell or otherwise share your data.

How long we keep it. Investor statements and the access log relating to them: at least six years from the close of the fundraising, so that we can demonstrate compliance. Other access data: 12 months after the fundraising closes, after which the site is archived. If you invest, your details will be kept as part of the Company's statutory records for as long as required.

Your rights. You have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected, and in some circumstances to have it erased or to object to our processing. To exercise these rights contact investors@racingw.com. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies. The site uses one strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in. It does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
